Official rules (summary)
- No purchase necessary. Entry is free. A purchase does not improve your chances.
- Eligibility: nominators must be 18 or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Club.House staff and their households may not enter.
- Entry period: each monthly round runs from the first to the last day of the month (23:59 UTC).
- Judging: a panel scores entries using the published criteria. Decisions are final.
- Prizes: as listed for the round; grants are paid to the club's account or a designated officer. No cash alternative for non-cash prizes. Winners may be responsible for applicable taxes.
- Notification: winners are contacted by email and must respond within 14 days, or an alternate may be chosen.
- Publicity: by entering, you allow us to publish the club name, city and nomination story.
- Privacy: entry data is handled per our Privacy Policy.
